I am currently taking a multi vitamin but was wondering if there is something else to add to help with the LE or immune system.

Hi Ya Jacquie :)

I wish there were, but thus far it seems that vitamins and a good healthy diet are about the best known things to help with the immune system. There is documentation that vitamins may actually be the best bet here.

There is no proven diet for lymphedema, other thn the same.

Much research is being done about this due to the explosion of so-called wonder foods that promise to do all sorts of things. The real disappointment is that when these substances come under the scrutiny of double-blind clinical studies, the claims can't be proven.
